Ocimene is a terpene that is commonly found in cannabis as well as in a wide array of fruits and vegetables. Some familiar fruits and spices that contain Ocimene are; parsley, mango, basil, allspice and pepper. A secondary terpene found in cannabis, a-Bisabolol is an aromatic terpene that also carries a slew of potential health benefits. Most notably present in German chamomile, a-bisabolol may also act as a relaxant for those with insomnia & anxiety.
